CloudCatcher Labradoodles
is located between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast near Mt Warning,
also called Cloud Catcher by the locals. It is the first place
on the Australian Mainland to be touched by the morning sun and
is located in the largest volcanic caldera in the Southern Hemisphere.
We specialize in Non-Shedding Hypo-Allergenic Australian
Labradoodles.
Our Main Goal in Breeding Labradoodles is to
develop completely new un-related bloodlines to strengthen and
further contribute to the genetic diversity of Australian Labradoodles;
as we are breeding labradoodles for quality not quantity.
Our breeding program is unique to the majority of Australian
Labradoodle Breeding Programs
- At least half of the genetic parentage of over 70%
of Cloudcatcher dogs is now from bloodlines new to the Australian
Labradoodle.
- We do not kennel our labradoodles, 95% of
our dogs live in their forever homes with their care families.
Due to the fact that are care homes are located within one hour
of our rural premises, 90% of these care home labradoodles live
on the average of ½ acre or larger properties providing
plenty of room for exercise and stimulation. At retirement, normally
around 3 years of age, our female labradoodles have only produced
2.7 litters of puppies on the average.
- We maintain a staff ratio of 4 persons full time, for on the
average of less than 24 labradoodle puppies at any one time;
to ensure that your labradoodle puppy receives the highest
level of human interaction and care at Cloudcatchers.
- We do this in order to provide you with the most suitable
labradoodle in the world for the needs of modern families; that
besides being non-shedding and odorless, is in possession of
great temperament, health, trainability, intelligence, intuition
and confirmation and many are great candidates as assistance
and service dogs.
The Cloudcatcher Difference
is that our Labradoodles thrive as nature intended in a free range
(not-kenneled) environment, frolicking together and accommodating
of one another’s personalities as one peaceful, healthy,
happy pack.
Our
Labradoodle Habitat
in the year-round moderation of the semi-tropics is
composed of 3 acres of connecting gardens and orchards adjoining
the human den, which is of course the labradoodle favourite hangout.
Design is based on their needs
The Cloudcatcher Labradoodles have their own purpose built ramp
for accessing the house (as steps are bad for Labradoodle puppies)
and a specially designed sofa which accommodates 5-6 doggies
and their master very comfortably.
Our Labradoodles especially enjoy
their twice daily forays to their much loved 2 acre creek frontage
paddock, which always has on offer, new smells and swimming experiences,
along with lots of ball play. Check them out at the creek via
the Photo Album.
The life of our Labradoodle is structured around Holistic
Care
from their daily homemade raw diet, preferred natural health care
and recycling of waste; to the climate appropriate environmental
design and comfort of the labradoodle puppy palace, puppy castles
and the dogs various dens and hides. From 4 weeks of age,
each litter of Cloudcatcher labradoodle puppies thrive and develop
in their own semi-shaded grassed garden, which is larger than most
suburban backyards, with lots of toys, tunnels and plants/trees
to keep them stimulated while exploring new sensory experiences.
We are breeding ur much loved and adored labradoodles,
to produce that very special Cloudcatcher puppy for you and needless
to say some of them qualify as that very special labradoodles
breeding dog. |

Our aspirations are
to produce happy, healthy, well-adjusted, adaptable, loving and
affectionate, easily maintained, intelligent Labradoodle pets,
that are well suited for the needs of modern families and I
believe our referrals will confirm that we are very successful
in doing just that.
Sharing the joy of Labradoodles,
